In 1925, my grandmother purchased a large, intricately designed Persian rug that I’ve always loved and is now in my care. I don’t know how old it was at the time of purchase, but it hadn’t been cleaned in very many decades. Rug Renovating has cleaned over a dozen rugs for me. Excellent service! Our antique hand-woven rugs came back better than when they were new to us! The no-skid custom pads are worth every penny as well. Very lovely people all around. I had luster wash, stain treatment and tinting on my three 1920’s Nichol’s rugs. They also did rebinding on 4 sides. I live in LIC so I saved $100 bucks by taking my carpets there and seeing the operation.
