In 1925, my grandmother purchased a large, intricately designed Persian rug that I’ve always loved and is now in my care. I don’t know how old it was at the time of purchase, but it hadn’t been cleaned in very many decades. Rug Renovating has cleaned over a dozen rugs for me. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to get everything out 100%, but I have to say, I can’t even tell that the stains ever existed! They had to treat the rug, but I would have done anything to save the rug. I’ve used Rug Renovating several times for area rug cleaning. They’re professional, responsive, and offer quick turnaround. My rugs come back noticeably cleaner, with stains completely gone or significantly reduced. In addition to two-hour delivery and pickup windows they offer real-time driver tracking so I don’t have to be home until they are close to my stop. I’ll definitely use them again.

Excellent service! Our antique hand-woven rugs came back better than when they were new to us! The no-skid custom pads are worth every penny as well. Very lovely people all around. I had luster wash, stain treatment and tinting on my three 1920’s Nichol’s rugs. They also did rebinding on 4 sides. I live in LIC so I saved $100 bucks by taking my carpets there and seeing the operation.
