The art of rug care
since 1896

In 1925, my grandmother purchased a large, intricately designed Persian rug that I’ve always loved and is now in my care. I don’t know how old it was at the time of purchase, but it hadn’t been cleaned in very many decades. Rug Renovating has cleaned over a dozen rugs for me. The colors are now softly vibrant in the cleaned and restored rug and it is silken to the touch. It’s beautiful and I’m grateful! Thank you, Jody and the expert team of Rug Renovating. Delivery was also perfect, on time and excellently installed. Many thanks! Susan

After my dog had a few accidents on my area rug, I started looking for a rug cleaner and was immediately overwhelmed by all the options. Rug Renovating had great reviews and their website was easy to follow so I gave them a call. Morgan was great to work with and answered all my questions with ease which gave me confidence that I was choosing a good company! The pick up and delivery was seamless and the men were very friendly and respectful of my home. The rug came back clean with no bad smells!! I highly recommend them to others.

I am a designer and have trusted Rug Renovating with my carpets and several of my clients for years. They are meticulous in their customer service, washing, eradicating, and repairing of fine carpets. My last experience was ‘best in class’ working with Morgan. He was efficient in his communication and kept me informed every step of the way, providing options and timeframes. In turn, I was able to give great service to my client. Much appreciated.

I had pet stains on my cherished rug and Rug Renovating SAVED this rug. I was beyond impressed. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to get everything out 100%, but I have to say, I can’t even tell that the stains ever existed! They had to treat the rug, but I would have done anything to save the rug. Also it had smelled funky due to the stains and my constant cleaning with regular carpet cleaner — and it is like new now, smell and look wise. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Rug Renovating for years and they never fail to do a fantastic job! Also, the pickup and delivery service they use is wonderful! I wish all such service vendors were as diligent at sending texts as to when they are showing up, using not only a 2-hour window, BUT when the day arrives, they send a 15-minute notice! And they keep it! Do not hesitate to use Rug Renovating; they do beautiful work. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve used Rug Renovating several times for area rug cleaning. They’re professional, responsive, and offer quick turnaround. My rugs come back noticeably cleaner, with stains completely gone or significantly reduced. In addition to two-hour delivery and pickup windows they offer real-time driver tracking so I don’t have to be home until they are close to my stop. I’ll definitely use them again.

Excellent service! Our antique hand-woven rugs came back better than when they were new to us! The no-skid custom pads are worth every penny as well. Every customer service rep, from the delivery people to the sales people, were courteous, efficient, and pleasant every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with Rug Renovating. They’re reliable, have good communication and customer service and quality rug cleaning. Not sure how it compares to other companies price wise but in my experience it’s worth every penny. Shout out to Jo who was very responsive and to the team that delivered my rug after the cleaning. They were so friendly and professional and they took the time to accommodate my requests.

I am very happy with the service provided by Rug Renovating. This company listened to my concerns and responded to all questions quickly and professionally. They came when promised and did an excellent job cleaning my rug. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I started using them 10 years ago and have been exceptionally pleased with them.

We were a bit anxious to send our handmade rugs off in a truck, but the results were fantastic. Rug Renovating is reputable, has a strong customer communications platform, and was transparent about all of the cleaning and other work that needed to be done. We highly recommend it.

Very lovely people all around. I had luster wash, stain treatment and tinting on my three 1920’s Nichol’s rugs. They also did rebinding on 4 sides. I live in LIC so I saved $100 bucks by taking my carpets there and seeing the operation.

I have multiple rugs of varying quality: silk, Persian, and synthetic. Morgan was very patient walking me through the options and costs. Service was quick and the deliveries were on time. The delivery guys were friendly but professional. A very good experience and highly recommended.

Pick up and delivery: very respectful of our home. Removed shoes upon entering. My contact at RR, Jodie, was always responsive to my calls and questions. When it was returned, the carpet looked better than new!

Rug Renovating came highly recommended. I was nervous to have my silk rug cleaned — they did an excellent job! Throughout the process Morgan was very communicative and put my mind at ease. Thank you
